What shipping methods do you offer?
All of our orders are delivered with Australia Post. We offer standard and express shipping.
Where do you ship?
We ship Australia-wide. We currently do not offer shipping outside of Australia.
Updating Your Order
Can I cancel or edit my order?
As we offer same day shipping, it is unlikely we will be able to cancel or edit your order before it has been shipped. However if there is a mistake on your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Can I change my shipping address?
Please be sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order as it is unlikely we can edit your shipping address before you orders has been fulfilled.
Sizing & Fit
My slides didn’t fit. What size should I try next?
If your slides don’t feel quite right, we recommend exchanging them for a size up or down depending on the fit. They should feel comfortably snug while still supporting your foot.
How do you I know what size to get?

Our size range currently runs from Women’s 5 (EU 36) to Women’s 9 (EU 40). However, please note we currently only stock women’s sizes.
How do I know my slides fit?
A properly fitting pair of slides should feel snug and supportive, with your foot sitting comfortably within the footbed and the arch support aligning with your foot's natural arch.
If your slides feel too tight or too loose, consider exchanging them for a different size to ensure optimal comfort and support.
Common fit issues & solutions
Trouble putting your socks on:
If you are having trouble putting on your compression socks we recommend purchasing a compression sock aid to assist with taking your socks on and off.
Compression socks losing elasticity:
To maintain the compression socks' original elasticity and effectiveness, remember to wash them and air-dry them after each use. Wash them separately or with similar-colored clothes in a gentle cycle at 30-40 degrees Celsius, but avoid using hot water.
Order Issues
My tracking shows delivered, but I never received it. What can I do?
Occasionally Australia post can make a mistake. If your order has been "delivered" but you did not receive it, please contact our team immediately for assitance.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
If your package was lost in transit, please contact us and we'll be more than happy to arrange a replacement.
Once your order has been delivered, we can no longer claim any responsibility if it is stolen, damaged or lost. Please ensure there is a safe place for your package to be delivered or someone is home to collect it.

We have a 30-day return policy for international orders, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

What are your slides made out of?
Our slides are crafted from lightweight, waterproof EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate) foam, offering excellent cushioning and flexibility.
This material is ideal for both indoor and outdoor wear, thanks to its durability and resistance to water.
How should I care for my slides
To keep your EVA foam slides looking and feeling their best, clean them regularly with a soft cloth or brush using mild soap and warm water. Avoid harsh chemicals and direct heat, and always let them air dry completely before wearing again
